Complaints Procedure
Real Estate Resolve prides itself on its professionalism and will always strive to deliver the best service possible. If that has not been the case, I am happy to listen to any feedback you have and you are entitled to make a complaint. The below complaints procedure will apply in such circumstances.
- Any complaint will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt.
- All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. If further time is required to conduct such an investigation, then the complainant will be notified of this in writing.
- If the outcome of the investigation is not acceptable to the complainant, I will refer the matter to an independent mediator, whose fees will be covered by me. Such referral will take place in 10 working days. The independent mediator will review the complaint and any response and report on their conclusion.
- If the outcome of the further investigation is not acceptable to the complainant, the complainant can appeal to the CMC on certain grounds. Details of the CMC’s appeal processes can be found here: https://civilmediation.org/for-the public/complaints/
