Fees

 All Fees 

• include preparation and administrative time prior to the mediation
• include travel time to and from the mediation (for London based mediations)
•   are based on a mediation of 8 hours
• are the same regardless of whether in person or on line
• must be paid in advance of the mediation
• exclude VAT
• exclude travel and accommodation (if required) costs outside the M25

Standard Full Day Mediation

The standard fee for a day mediation is £2,250 per party, plus VAT (if applicable).

Hourly rate

For any time over and above the standard 8 hour mediation day, time is charged on an hourly basis of £200 per party plus VAT (if applicable) and is payable within 7 days of the mediation finishing.
